All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns. Please read through our items' descriptions and make sure you understand everything before your purchase.

Damaged Items

We only want the best for our customers. We do quality control and check every product before shipping. Still, nothing is perfect and we are just human afterall. If you recieved a defective product, contact us at idyllicatjoy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product (or any other prove e.g. unpacking video etc.). 

Please send us the email within 15 business days from the date of delivery, as any time after 15 business days will be considerd wear and tear and no replacement will be provided.
