UK & EU customers (VAT)

idyllicat does NOT charge you any taxes.

VAT will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs as we do NOT collect or remit VAT. Customers from the EU and the UK should be informed that import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the price  and shipping costs.

Consumers are responsible for paying any fees incurred and must do so in order for the shipment to be claimed at the customs office.

Once the delivery arrives at your customs facility, waiting times and additional processing costs may apply depending on where you live. Please contact the customs office in your country to find out what your extra expenses will be before making a purchase as fees are set by destination countries.

In order to avoid unpleasant situations, please be sure to claim any packages as soon as possible and pay the relevant fees & duties.
